We offer a priority delivery service for orders that you need in a hurry. If you've forgotten someone's birthday don't panic! You can choose the Express postage option which means that your goods are picked and packed first provided that they are in stock. The goods will then be sent out on the same day if they are ordered before 2pm UK time on a weekday, and sent on a Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) service. All orders will be received in 1 working days, but occasional items will fall outside this timeframe due to difficulties in locating the item or problems at the Royal Mail end. It is important to note that this is a 'priority' service and your goods will always reach you a couple of days quicker when you select this option, but it is impractical for us to guarantee a delivery timeframe for all orders.NB - Should your order or any items in your order become 'Backordered', you will not be required to pay for your Express shipping charge. Your goods will follow our 'Standard' fulfillment process (no priority picking and ParcelForce48) when the goods do reach us from the suppliers, unless you explicitly want your order to be dealt with as an 'Express' order when the goods eventually arrive, in which case you should contact Customer Services directly on +44 (0)1482 320 524.
