Payment for Goods and Delivery Charges
PREM can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website or by telephone or post. All payments including all shipping and handling fees, must be made by either credit, debit cards or monies order. PREM will not accept any other form of payment. All transactions are completed on a secure server. Delivery charges are set out at the time the order is made.
2. Delivery Times
PREM aims to deliver all orders in the United Kingdom within 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday. However, there may be circumstances beyond PREM 's control which cause delay and in such circumstances PREM will endeavor to deliver the goods with 7 days (14 days for international) of the date the order was made.
3. Prices
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice. All prices shown are in GBP Sterling.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by PREM . They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.
5. Returns and Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days complete with the returns form which you will receive with the item. The garment must be returned with all original tags and packaging. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a refund*
The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. We will process the refund within 48 hours. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
If you require an exchange, for example a different size or colour, return the product and we will send out a replacement (subject to a small fee to cover postal costs, depending on the product and delivery destination).
Alternatively, if you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase on line, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded.
* Delivery charges are non refundable unless the garment is faulty.
The PREM Store cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. In the event of a fault the goods may be returned to the manufacturer. If you do have to return any item to us we would ask that you use a track and trace system such as a parcel delivery or courier service. If you have any problems with any item and it fails to reach the high standard you would expect then you should return them to us so that we can replace them. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Privacy Policy
All the information you provide to PREM including your email address, delivery address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. PREM acknowledges that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it to others.
7. Right to alter Terms and Conditions
The PREM website is constantly changing and these terms and conditions may change from time to time. PREM reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.
