If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days complete with the returns form which you will receive with the item. The garment must be returned with all original tags and packaging. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a refund*
The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. SumoFootwear.com will process the refund within 48 hours. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
If you require an exchange, for example a different size or colour, return the product and we will send out a replacement (subject to a small fee to cover postal costs, depending on the product and delivery destination).
Alternatively, if you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase on line, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded.
* Delivery charges are non refundable unless the garment is faulty.
Faulty Returns
If the product you receive is faulty or not what you purchased, then please return the item(s) to us.the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the product. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show on your credit card or bank statement.
Delivery costs will also be refunded if the product is faulty.
All items should be sent by registered post and securely packaged. Sumo Footwear can not accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned.
